Bill’s wife, Pam joins him. Bill and Pam Hourigan live in Monument, Colorado where they raised their five children: Lauren and Lindsay graduates of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Erika a junior at the University of Northern Colorado, Natalie a freshman at Colorado State University, and Luke a junior at Palmer Ridge HighSchool. The family enjoys a multitude of sports and activities including camping, hiking, and skiing. They are very involved in the community as well as their church.
Bill has his Bachelors Degree from the University of Northern Colorado, and attended Jones Real Estate School. He has received advanced training in real estate becoming a Certified Real Estate Specialist and GRI. Pam has her Bachelors Degree from the University of Iowa, and also attended Jones Real Estate School, as well as becoming a Certified Luxury Home Professional. Pam formerly ran her own business, “Pamela’s Palette” which included faux painting and interior design.
